FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

  1. Pick a category (inverters for grid-connected PV, modules, self-consumption installations, etc.) and type of product.
  2. Find the products you want to buy, click to enlarge an image and take a closer look.
  3. Select an item and add it to your shopping cart. Then you can either proceed to checkout or continue shopping.
  4. If you want to add more items, repeat the steps above. If you want to check out, you must sign in.
  5. Enter your data and check they are correct. Then click the ‘Next’ button.
  6. Select the shipping address from your address book.
  7. Confirm your order.
  8. You will get a confirmation email and your order will be transferred to the PROINSO sales department.
  9. One of our salespersons will contact you by phone or email to tell you about your purchase conditions (item availability, substitutions, shipping and delivery).
  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE CONFIRMED?
    • Your order will be confirmed when you get confirmation from our sales department indicating availability and you agree to the shipping and handling terms and conditions.
  • WHAT ABOUT OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS?
    • If an item is out of stock, we will offer a substitute.
  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    • Yes. You can remove items from your order before you proceed to checkout.
  • HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER SUCCESSFULLY?
    • After completing your order, you will get a confirmation email. If you do not get this email, please contact our sales department.
  • CAN I REMOVE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
    • Yes. You can always remove items from your shopping cart before completing your order.
  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF WHAT IS SHIPPED TO ME IS NOT WHAT I HAD ORDERED?
    • If you receive an item you did not order, please contact our sales department.
      Please look carefully at the items shipped to you. Check the ‘100% pending delivery’ box and contact our sales department.
  • WARRANTIES
    • Product warranties are provided by manufacturers.
  • WHAT CAN I DO IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?
    • You can reset it on ‘My account’. You will get an email with the new password.
  • CAN I RECEIVE PROINSO’S LATEST NEWS BY EMAIL?
    • Yes. It is as simple as clicking the newsletter link. You will get information on PROINSO’s newest products, trade shows and events.
